Job Details:

The Weights & Research Inspector will be responsible for reviewing inspection reports, conducting inspections, verifying shipment accuracy, and researching commodity information using specific classification systems.

Responsibilities:

• Review inspection reports for potential issues
• Conduct inspections of shipments using handheld devices
• Verify accuracy of bills of lading and descriptions
• Research commodity information using classification systems
• Issue document corrections based on applicable provisions

Requirements:

• 4 years of work or military experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability for varying shifts, including days, nights, and weekends
