As a Freight Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the efficiency and effectiveness of our delivery service, overseeing revenue and cost controls, and mentoring and managing personnel at our facility in Norwalk, California.

Responsibilities:

• Handle delivery service efficiency
• Guide daily operations of the service center
• Oversee revenue, profit, and cost controls
• Ensure proper staffing and management of personnel
• Mentor and manage all facility personnel

Requirements:

• 4 years of related work experience
• Supervisory or management experience
• Experience in the less-than-truckload (LTL) industry
• Strong interpersonal and management skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently
