Job Details:

The Forklift Operator role involves sorting, loading, and unloading freight, securing shipments, and following safety protocols on a non-climate-controlled dock. The position may require working different shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Efficiently handle and load palletized and non-palletized freight
• Use motorized and manual equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools
• Adhere to company safety policies and work in a safe manner
• Scan and track shipments using mobile devices

Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Able to do basic math calculations
• Dock or warehouse experience in the transportation industry preferred
• Forklift experience in a freight or less-than-truckload (LTL) environment preferred
