Job Details:

We are looking for a dedicated Transport Planner to coordinate transport operations on-site and at customer locations to meet and exceed expectations. This role is based in Napa, California with a Monday - Friday shift pattern.

Responsibilities:

• Co-ordinate transport operations to ensure customer and company satisfaction
• Report and action vehicle defects promptly
• Ensure compliance with working time directive regulations
• Seek opportunities for service improvement and provide recommendations
• Maintain strong communication with transport functions and drivers
• Conduct driver brief and de-briefing sessions
• Handle data entry of statistics, customer reports, and KPIs

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Strong administrative skills
• Knowledge of drivers hours regulations
• Positive attitude and proactive problem-solving
• Previous experience in a transport role preferred
