Job Details:

As a Transport Planner, you will be responsible for creating transport plans, overseeing material movements, ensuring operational efficiency, and handling customer communication on a daily basis.

Responsibilities:

• Create daily transport plans and coordinate work with carriers
• Plan and manage stock and material movements between sites
• Ensure compliance with procedures and maintain a safe working environment
• Respond to team communications promptly
• Allocate and dispatch customer loads using SAP/WTS systems
• Provide end-of-shift reports and tracking information to customers
• Participate in daily planning meetings

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Prior experience in transport operations with knowledge of compliance and driver hours
