Are you a hands-on Transport Operations Manager looking for a new challenge in the logistics industry? We are seeking a Transport Operations Manager to oversee a long-standing contract in Hanley, Georgia. In this role, you will manage a team of 20 and ensure the safe and accurate delivery of products on a Monday to Friday schedule.

Job Details:

The Transport Operations Manager will be responsible for managing a team on-site at the customer premises, overseeing operations, compliance, and continuous improvement efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the traffic office and supervisory team.
• Manage first-line driver management and training needs.
• Allocate work, address network issues, and ensure compliance.
• Support the General Manager in budget and service delivery.
• Monitor daily KPIs and conduct necessary checks.

Requirements:

• Transport Managers CPC essential.
• Experience in supervising and developing teams.
• Demonstrated track record of operational improvements.
• Familiarity with working in a fast-paced environment.
