Job Overview:

We are seeking an Operations Manager to oversee operations in Elk Grove, California for our customer. The role involves managing warehouse, yard, and security operations, collaborating closely with the customer and General Manager.

Job Details:

The Operations Manager will drive safety initiatives, lead warehouse and transport operations, ensure KPIs are met, maintain smooth flow of goods, and uphold industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Drive safety culture and operational quality
• Lead warehouse, transport, yard, and security operations
• Ensure KPIs and targets are met
• Maintain accurate inventory and smooth goods flow
• Monitor processes for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warehouse management focusing on safety
• National CPC Essential
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in administration, organization, and IT
• H&S qualification and knowledge of industrial processes is beneficial
