Job Details:

This full-time position will require you to oversee the site's daily operations, ensure a safe and efficient service, and manage relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional Transport Manager in customer-facing activities
• Ensure operational accountability and team management for a safe service
• Provide support, coaching, and development to colleagues
• Manage customer relationships and communication
• Ensure teams adhere to company policies and procedures
• Assist in planning deliveries and collections
• Provide leadership and guidance to meet objectives

Requirements:

• Operations Manager experience or similar
• Strong People Management and Leadership skills
• National or International CPC holder
• Proven ability to resolve complex issues in a fast-paced environment
• Analytical understanding of Safety, Service, and Cost performance
