Job Details:

As a Transport Planning Manager, you will lead Transport Planners to ensure efficient end-to-end transport planning while maintaining safety, service, and savings targets.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor compliance with regulations and procedures, implementing corrections as needed.
• Analyze KPI data for operational efficiency.
• Develop operational plans in alignment with business goals.
• Build strong relationships with customers and hauliers.
• Mentor and develop future leaders.
• Support the planning team and ensure plan execution.

Requirements:

• Experience in transport planning in a 3PL setting.
• Familiarity with UK Geography and transport planning software.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with customers.
• Knowledge of drivers' hours and planning software like Paragon.
