Job Details:

As the Lead Engineer, Software Engineering, you will play a crucial role in managing specific IT areas, ensuring timely project delivery, and fostering a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee development and support of IT areas and systems
• Identify and communicate risks to the business
• Act as a liaison between project management and technical teams
• Manage all aspects of coding for the team
• Mentor developers and resolve technical roadblocks
• Develop and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines
• Eligible for telecommuting within reasonable commuting distance from Caguas, Puerto Rico

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in software engineering or related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in software development roles
• Experience in software solutions development and IDEs
• Proficiency in data marshalling, rapid programming, and software development life cycle
