Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Site Manager to oversee our shared-user transport operations in Hamilton, Ohio. You will play a key role in managing the site's operational and financial performance, ensuring a seamless service to our network and customers.

Job Details:

You will be responsible for leading a team of approximately 140 staff and managing a mixed fleet of 60 vehicles in a 24/5 operation. Your primary focus will be on maintaining operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the successful implementation of contracts and ensure regular customer updates
• Develop KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives for increased productivity
• Lead health and safety compliance meetings to maintain regulatory standards
• Build and develop an effective management team for long-term success

Requirements:

• Management CPC qualification is essential
• Experience in managing transport contracts within a closed book environment or general haulage
• Strong budget and P&L understanding
• Effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders
