Job Details:

You will be responsible for managing maintenance operations, handling team employees, and ensuring equipment proficiency and productivity levels at our Service Centers in Baytown, Texas.

Responsibilities:

• Hire, mentor, schedule, and train maintenance team employees
• Facilitate the Job Selection/Shift Bid (JSP) process
• Oversee routine maintenance functions and equipment proficiency
• Monitor safety, service quality, financial controls, and compliance
• Analyze trends in parts utilization, gain, shortages, and usage

Requirements:

• 5 years of fleet maintenance experience
• Valid driver's license
• Associate?s degree (preferred)
• Current ASE certifications (preferred)
• Current CDL (preferred)
• Available to work various shifts
