As part of our team, you will serve as the initial point of contact for client service requests, offer information on investments and accounts, and assist in resolving complex issues. You'll engage in consultative selling, develop expertise in financial services, and take part in special projects.

• Handle high opportunity client service requests via phone.
• Document client and team feedback for service improvement.
• Position products and services to clients in service recovery and advice situations.
• Stay informed on Company funds, products, and industry regulations.
• Participate in special projects and follow up with clients from inbound sales opportunities.

• Regulatory license and/or registration (e.g., FINRA, state, SFC).
• Series 7 and Series 63 required or to be obtained within 90 days.
• Minimum of two years related work experience.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent training.
• Exceptional client service and communication skills.
