Responsibilities:

  • Bill shipments according to pricing agreements
  • Resolve documentation errors
  • Assist customers with inquiries
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Process freight documentation

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Transportation experience (preferred)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (preferred)
