Job Details:

Your role involves defining and enforcing reliability standards across the organization and influencing both product teams and SRE practitioners to enhance system performance.

Responsibilities:

• Drive observability maturity.
• Lead localized failure modes when introducing new features.
• Plan and execute high-impact chaos experiments.
• Guide product teams during client impacting incidents.
• Ensure alignment between service level indicators and objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years of related work experience.
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems and data structures.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Proficiency in JDK8+, spring boot, Rest APIs, etc.
