We are seeking a dedicated Part time Dining Service Associate in The Villages to provide exceptional dining service while ensuring residents’ dietary needs and preferences are met. 

This role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in written and verbal English
• Good Communication Skills

Responsibilities:

• Work Evening and Night shifts from 3:30 PM - 7:45 PM and 7:30 PM - 11:00 PM (24-27 hours per week) available in The Villages Florida.
• Provide top-tier dining service, accommodating dietary needs and restrictions
• Engage with The Villages residents and guests, answering menu-related inquiries
• Set tables and maintain a clean, organized dining area following standards
• Ensure a sanitary kitchen and dining environment, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Properly store food, equipment, and accessories
• Assemble and deliver trays and “to-go” meals attractively
• Clear dishes and utensils, keeping the dining area tidy
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to address special dietary requests

Salary & Benefits:

• Pay Range: $20.50 - $23.00 per hour for The Villages FL
