Job Overview:
We are looking for an O2C Business Analyst to serve as a HighRadius Cloud Administrator, managing support tickets, ensuring optimal performance, and participating in testing for internal systems.
Job Details:
The role involves overseeing all HighRadius products used for daily operations, addressing end-user issues, troubleshooting system problems, and collaborating with various teams.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure data accuracy and performance optimization for HighRadius Cloud modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve end-user issues for HRC, Oracle, and other systems.
- Coordinate training sessions for new colleagues and updates on enhancements.
- Collaborate with IT teams to define and implement solutions for production issues.
- Monitor license usage and grant user access based on roles.
Requirements:
- Bachelor?s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in HighRadius in collections, cash apps, or credit module.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience in operation support for financial departments is a plus.
