Job Details:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the e-mail infrastructure at our company. From designing highly available systems to providing support for business-critical issues, your contributions will be vital.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and deploy platforms to support business needs
• Provide level 3 support for Incidents and Service Requests
• Monitor technology platforms using observability tools
• Train and mentor staff and project teams
• Administer systems through patching, maintenance, and backups
• Participate in special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum of three years related work experience
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, email infrastructure, and network technologies
• Strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment

Other Details:

This position will be based in various cities across the country, including Long Beach, California, Long Beach, and California. Weekend and off-hour work may be required at times. Please note that visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
