Job Overview:

We are seeking a Senior Engagement Manager for our Audit Services team in the Business and Corporate Audit Services (BCAS) group. In this role, you will lead audit teams, evaluate internal controls, and influence management to enhance the control environment. You will collaborate with various stakeholder groups and play a crucial role in shaping the audit coverage strategy for key risk topics.

Job Details:

The Senior Engagement Manager will serve as a subject matter expert for divisional audit work, manage risk-based audit and consulting engagements, and communicate recommendations to senior management effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a trusted advisor to department and business leaders
• Manage audit and consulting engagements
• Communicate objectives and results clearly
• Establish and maintain relationships with management
• Assess control environment and identify opportunities for improvement
• Provide coaching and feedback to audit team
• Drive innovation and efficiencies within the audit process

Requirements:

• Minimum of five years related work experience
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent
• CIA, CPA, or other financial designation preferred
