Job Details:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor?s degree or equivalent related work experience, 5 years of HR experience in complex environments, experience leading direct reports, and proficiency with HRMS and related software.

Responsibilities:

• Drive performance and talent management processes in all sites
• Coach and counsel management and employees on policies and procedures
• Promote employee engagement through personalized contact
• Oversee recruiting, selection, and onboarding activities
• Ensure compliance with company, government, and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in HR, Business, or related field
• HR certification
• Strong business and financial acumen
• 3 years in a supervisory role
