Job Details:

As an HGV Vehicle and Trailer Mechanic, you will be responsible for conducting routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on various vehicles and trailers to meet industry standards. You will diagnose faults, complete necessary repairs, and ensure all work is documented accurately.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on vehicles and trailers
• Diagnose and repair a range of vehicle defects
• Utilize manufacturers' computer systems for fault diagnosis
• Complete job cards and service sheets efficiently
• Experience working with tanker trailers and hydraulic equipment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in an HGV Mechanic role
• Relevant HGV Mechanic qualification (BTEC or Hollywood & Guilds desirable)
• Excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence with C+E entitlement (desirable)
