Job Overview:

We are seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor to lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

The ideal candidate will have 2 years of related work experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, transportation, or similar fields.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic work procedures
• Supervise hourly staff and manage workloads
• Enforce company policies and regulations
• Ensure production goals are met
• Train employees on safety rules and processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor?s degree in related field or equivalent experience
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Knowledge of the Less-than-Truckload (LTL) industry
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
