The Freight Operations Supervisor role involves overseeing freight operations, implementing strategic work procedures, managing tonnage, payroll, and administrative functions, enforcing company policies, and optimizing network performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures
• Evaluate, manage, assign, and supervise workloads
• Plan hourly employee schedules
• Ensure production goals are met
• Coach and develop employees
• Enforce company, FMCSR, OSHA, and DOT policies

Requirements:

• 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of LTL industry and regulations
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Positive attitude with multitasking ability
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
