We are seeking a Freight Operations Supervisor with experience in warehouse, distribution, supply chain, or transportation environments to oversee various aspects of our operations.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise all aspects of freight operations
• Develop and implement strategic work procedures
• Evaluate, manage, and assign workloads
• Supervise hourly staff and address workplace concerns
• Ensure production goals are met and manage administrative functions

Requirements:

• 2 years of related work experience
• Knowledge of industry regulations and rules
• Ability to work various shifts including weekends
• Bachelor?s degree or equivalent experience preferred
• Supervisory experience and positive attitude
