Job Details:

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with a background in instructor-led facilitation. Knowledge of adult learning theories and management practices is essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate training programs and meetings

• Relate classroom material to real-world situations
• Communicate effectively in all situations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of instructor-led facilitation experience
• Knowledge of adult learning and management theories
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
