We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the Full Stack Development practice within Client Experience & Digital. As the Application Engineering Manager, you will work with a cross-functional team to deliver solutions that meet client needs and drive business outcomes.

Your main task will be to ensure the happiness and development of your team members, equipping them with the necessary skills to perform their best. You will guide the team in delivering meaningful customer experiences quickly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple engineering teams in delivering resilient software
• Investigate and solve business problems using JavaScript, Java, and AWS technologies
• Educate staff and business on technical concepts
• Advance technical team members through coaching and mentoring

Requirements:

• Passion for building highly resilient software
• Experience with JavaScript technologies for modern UIs
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipeline tools and AWS
• Experience with Java, Spring Boot, CI/CD pipeline tools, and Automation
• Problem-solving skills and a player-coach mentality
• Minimum 2 years of people management experience
