Job Overview:

We are seeking a full-time, permanent Driver Trainer to join our team in a diverse logistics setting. Your role will involve driver development, training, and assisting with deliveries while working on our esteemed Arla contract.

Job Details:

You will be responsible for assessing new drivers, enhancing fuel efficiency, implementing safe driving programs, and providing ongoing training to our existing driving staff.

Responsibilities:

• Assess new drivers and advise on performance improvement
• Help in creating and executing safe driving programs
• Occasional deliveries to customer sites
• Provide continuous training on new policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Clean UK driving license with category C+E entitlement
• Valid driver CPC and digital tachograph card
• Previous experience as a driver trainer/assessor preferred
• Familiarity with current tachograph rules and regulations
• Proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office
