Job Details:

The Diesel Mechanic position involves inspecting, maintaining, and repairing a variety of class 6 through 8 diesel equipment, forklifts, and trailers. You will also diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments on diesel equipment
• Repair and rebuild equipment systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues
• Conduct safety inspections and prepare necessary documentation
• Maintain a clean and safe work area

Requirements:

• 2 years of tractor and trailer inspection and repair experience
• Technical school degree with certification in heavy-duty truck/trailer maintenance
• Valid driver?s license and basic welding and mechanical skills
• Basic computer skills and brake inspection qualification
