Job Details: You will be responsible for working on assigned queues to resolve billing issues, raise correction requests, validate invoices, and ensure timely payments. Additionally, you will liaise with onshore partners, work on adhoc requests, and handle disputes resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Resolve billing issues within set SLA
  • Liaise with onshore partners for adhoc requests
  • Analyze accounts for accuracy
  • Perform root cause analysis to avoid recurrence
  • Resolve EDI issues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or commerce
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in logistics or transportation
  • Strong communication skills
  • Basic understanding of Windows applications
  • Ability to work independently
