  • Resolve documentation errors
  • Assist customers with inquiries and rate quotes
  • Perform general clerical duties as assigned
  • Process damaged freight and related documentation

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Available to work various shifts including nights and weekends
