Job Details:

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for order processing, inventory management, and providing support to mechanics. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Order stock and reconcile special order parts
  • Assist mechanics with parts and supplies
  • Perform general clerical duties
  • Check parts for delivery accuracy and store appropriately
  • Process invoices and communicate payment updates
  • Reconcile warranty items and address issues
  • Identify orders at risk of delays and escalate when necessary

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer and typing skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Transportation experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
