  • Communicate with terminal and shop locations regarding commercial invoicing
  • Answer phone calls and direct inquiries during assigned work hours
  • Resolve documentation errors and perform clerical tasks like filing and data entry
  • Review billing statements for accuracy and process payments
  • Resolve invoice matching issues within the AP system

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work various shifts, including nights and weekends
