The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries, billing, and documentation errors. This role requires strong computer skills, the ability to work various shifts, and excellent communication abilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Bill shipments accurately according to pricing agreements
  • Resolve documentation errors efficiently
  • Assist customers with inquiries and provide rate quotes
  • Perform general clerical duties such as data entry and filing
  • Process damaged freight documentation for resolution

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
  • Available to work various shifts including days, evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Transportation experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
