The Customer Service Representative role involves handling customer inquiries, billing shipments, resolving documentation errors, and providing general clerical support. You will need to be available for various shifts, including days, evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsibilities:

  • Bill shipments accurately based on pricing agreements
  • Resolve documentation errors in a timely manner
  • Assist customers with inquiries, rate quotes, and billing questions
  • Perform general clerical duties including phone calls and data entry
  • Process freight and related documentation for customer resolution

Requirements:

  • 2 years of customer service experience
  • Strong computer, typing, and 10-key skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office
  • Transportation experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
