Job Details:

The role of Operations Controller will involve managing transport arrangements between various UK manufacturing locations and Dublin, as well as coordinating warehousing activities in the city.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily collections and deliveries to Dublin
• Manage all brokerage activities smoothly
• Oversee warehousing operations in Dublin
• Ensure timely transport flows from warehouse to customer
• Produce weekly KPIs for movement and storage activities in Ireland
• Engage with production teams and partners for seamless stock flow
• Conduct monthly warehouse audits in Dublin

Requirements:

• Experience in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with DLx WMS
• Frequent travel to Dublin required
• Valid driving license for travel within Dublin
• Understanding of overseas movements (desirable)
• Basic knowledge of transport operations (desirable)
• Detail-oriented for managing partners effectively (desirable)
