Job Details:

The Behavior Technician will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention techniques, collecting data, and collaborating with the team to ensure the best outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities:

• Implement behavior plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and record data on client progress.
• Communicate effectively with clients and their families.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss client progress and goals.
• Assist in creating and modifying behavior intervention plans as needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with behavioral challenges.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
