Job Details:

The Analyst, Accounts Receivable will be responsible for managing a high revenue portfolio of commercial accounts, resolving payment discrepancies, and recommending account management strategies in Forest Hills, New York.

Responsibilities:

• Research, resolve, and respond to complex customer issues
• Conduct in-depth customer payment analysis
• Resolve overdue account balances and payment discrepancies
• Partner with leadership on account management strategies
• Prepare communication for Sales team on delinquent invoices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1 year of Accounts Receivable or Collections experience
• Above-average proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Experience in data analysis and manipulating large data sets
