Answer inbound calls to meet the service and trading needs, execute planning deliverables, identify client needs, and stay updated on market factors.

Responsibilities:

  • Meet service and trading needs of Company advisors and clients
  • Execute planning deliverables for client experience
  • Identify client needs and collaborate with teams
  • Maintain knowledge of Company funds and services
  • Participate in special projects and duties

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Interest in financial planning and wealth management
  • Ability to pass SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
