Answer inbound calls to meet the service and trading needs, execute planning deliverables, identify client needs, and stay updated on market factors.
Responsibilities:
- Meet service and trading needs of Company advisors and clients
- Execute planning deliverables for client experience
- Identify client needs and collaborate with teams
- Maintain knowledge of Company funds and services
- Participate in special projects and duties
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Interest in financial planning and wealth management
- Ability to pass SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 exams
- Strong communication and organizational skills
